Returns & Refunds

Please note that if for any reason you wish to return your product you must advise us within 14 calendar days of receiving your product. If you have gone beyond the 14 calendar days unfortunately, we cannot accept a return.

You must call 866-806-3074 and press option 2. You will then be connected to a customer service agent who will assist you in starting the return process.

Your product must be in the condition that it was received. No damage and a photo taken from each side of the product will need to be provided. Once this is complete, we will authorize the return.

Please note you are liable for all shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee.

You MUST have the original packaging to start the return process. We cannot accept any returns without the original packaging.

When we receive the product back at our warehouse and it has been inspected, we will issue a refund minus the shipping and restocking fees. This will show back to your account within 3-5 business days.

REFUSED DEELIVERIES will be liable for a 25% fee to cover outward and return shipping plus Restocking the item.

Defective or Damaged Products

If the product arrives damaged, please try and take pictures and refuse the delivery. Then notify us immediately. We will send you a brand-new unit or refund your order. If it was not possible to notice damage and you accepted the delivery, then please contact us. Have photo’s ready and we will remedy the situation by organizing a return of the product and sending you a new one.
